Instead, they engaged New City to renovate the property before putting it on the market. In this way, they would be able to capture the developers’ profits themselves and walk away with more money after the sale.
In collaboration with the clients’ realtor, New City handled the entire process from plans and financing to permits and construction, and then handed the keys to the realtor when the home was completed and ready to go on the market.
