Full Gut Rehab of a Rowhome in Butcher's Hill

This project in a great location in Baltimore City transformed an old, neglected property into a high-end home. New City fully gutted all floor decks and started from scratch. We added a third floor, rear and rooftop decks, and we demolished an outbuilding in the rear yard to create an attractive, urban outdoor space.
