Reconstruction of a Fire-Damaged Home in Germantown
When this 30-year old home was ravaged by fire, New City put it back better than it was before. In addition to all of the required code upgrades that the new home received, including better energy efficiency, sprinklers and mechanical systems, New City was also able to improve it aesthetically. The completely rebuilt home features 9' ceilings on the first floor, a open foyer, an expanded gourmet kitchen, a reconfigured master suite, and a new bay window in the family room.
