Condo Conversion in Columbia Heights
An investor acquired a Columbia Heights rowhome with the intent of converting it into two duplex condos. It was very important to both the investor and New City that the expanded building look like it fit into its neighborhood. New City worked with the investor through the design development phase to help optimize the design of the building and maximize the ultimate value of the two units for sale. In the end, both new units sold very quickly, and the investor ended up with returns even better than he anticipated.
