Remodel of a Rowhome in Columbia Heights
A homeowner purchased this Columbia Heights property in Washington, DC and wanted to update it before he moved in. We reconfigured the existing floor plan to make room for a new, modern kitchen, a powder room on the first floor, and another full bath on the second floor. We also converted two bedrooms on the top floor into a master suite with a large master bath. Throughout the home, mechanical systems and finishes were upgraded and modernized. New decks were added in the rear.
Completed Project
After the renovation was completed, the house was transformed. The homeowner selected contemporary finishes which give the home a bold flair. Now, it boasts a brand new, modern kitchen connected to the dining room, a new powder room, two full baths on the second floor, and a third-floor master suite with luxury shower and soaking tub.
During Construction
These photos were taken right after demolition was completed. We removed a number of walls throughout the property to create a more open, modern feel.
