Whole House Renovation in Northeast
A woman was determined to move back into the City into her grandfather’s house. She worked with New City to put together a design that would give her the new two-story space she needs today, along with a plan for adding a rental unit in the basement in the future. Prior to the renovation, the house had been vacant for many years and had fallen into a state of disrepair, including failing masonry walls in the rear and along the areaway. After an InsideTheBox renovation, the house is all new again, and ready for the woman and her family to start a new chapter in this generational home.
