Full Remodel of a Historic Mansion in Homeland
A new family expecting their first child purchased this historic mansion and wanted to update it before moving in. This majestic house had fallen into disrepair over the previous twenty years, and the home required extensive repairs and updates to make it comfortable and functional for its new owners. New City completed a long list of upgrades, including updating many of the disparate mechanical systems that had been installed over the years, repairing all of the exterior windows and doors, converting two bedrooms into a new master suite and much more. The home was delivered by New City to its new residents about a week before the homeowner delivered her first child.
