2-UNIT CONDO BUILDING IN TRINIDAD - NEW CONSTRUCTION
Homeowners in the Trinidad neighborhood of Northeast found that their home (the red brick building shown in the photos below) included an attached lot. After some analysis and a design agreement with New City, they decided to build a 2-condo building on the lot, in order to improve their equity position. The property allowed for two large duplex condos with great rear and roof decks, and the owners chose a modern design aesthetic to reflect their personal taste. In the end, one of the units was retained as a residence, and the other was sold.
